Our
Story

About EOS Align:

EOS is derived from the ancient Greek word for “dawn,” symbolising a new beginning. At EOS, it is our mission to set a higher standard in care — where integrity, clarity, and outcomes come before trends or unnecessary treatment.

We approach treatment by treating every patient as an athlete—whether it’s achieving a new personal best in a marathon or simply rising from a chair without pain.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a hands-on healthcare discipline focused on diagnosing and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system — particularly the spine. Through precise spinal adjustments and hands-on techniques, chiropractors address the root causes of pain and discomfort — not just the symptoms. From chronic back pain to sports injuries and everyday tension, chiropractic offers a natural path to better movement, improved wellbeing, and a healthier life.

Your spine is the foundation of everything you do. Chiropractic care keeps that foundation strong.

What is Osteopathy?

AT Still

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that specialises in diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (see Home page for more details). Osteopaths use hands-on, evidence-based techniques such as joint manipulation, stretching, exercise prescription, and soft tissue work to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

This holistic method is effective for both treatment and rehabilitation, aiming to restore function, prevent future issues, and enhance overall health.

"The body is a unit. The person is a unit of body, mind, and spirit."

— A.T. Still
